Talia

Cocera

Talia was born in Lima, Perú. Her grandparents hailed from the Andes, sparking a deep calling to reconnect with her ancestral traditions. Professionally trained as a chef, Talia quickly realized her passion lay in promoting a healthy lifestyle. This led her to study various healing modalities, including Traditional Chinese Diet Therapy, Shiatsu, massage, and other somatic therapies.

Through these teachings, she experienced a profound spiritual awakening that set her on a journey to explore different philosophies of life. Expecting to find a teacher to guide her path, she discovered instead that her greatest teacher was not a person, but a plant—Mama Coca.

This sacred connection intertwines nutrition, medicine, rituals, and history, inspiring Talia to continue her research across Latin America. Her mission is to remove the stigma surrounding this revered plant, educate others on its respectful and proper use, and plant a coca seed in the heart of humanity.
